At Manzana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure the product is unused and securely packed in its original Manzana box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
